I'm Dave Wood, a senior lecturer in Graphic Design at Northumbria University in Newcastle and a Doctoral student at Edinburgh College of Art. This blog details the progression of my PhD research project into the Aesthetics of Interaction from a Visual Communication perspective.

I will use this blog in many ways - it will be discursive, reflective, experimental, and reflexive. It will show some development work, it will give me a forum to process and synthesise some tricky theory outside my discipline, and get feedback.
